Katie Holmes has set the blueprint for comfortable, chic dressing this fall.
While out and about in New York City recently, the Dawson's Creek alum cut a stylish figure while wearing an oatmeal-coloured waffle knit set from Aerie, composed of a collared quarter-zip sweater and roomy drawstring pants.
For extra warmth, she layered her sweater over a brown-and-black flannel button-up. She finished the look with warm caramel accents, including suede mules and a shearling-lined tote bag by Yves Saint Laurent, the latter of which she carried a bouquet of autumnal-themed flowers in.
So far, Holmes has been having a fashion-filled season.
In September, she made a jaw-dropping appearance at Tom Ford's Spring 2023 Ready-to-Wear fashion show in a clingy long-sleeved hooded dress. Then, she accessorised with strappy bronze heeled sandals, a plain black clutch, and an array of sparkling rings.
And while at Bulgari's anniversary party in October, the actress looked gorgeous in a classic black slip dress, which featured a deep V-cut and a ruffled asymmetrical hem. She wore the piece with a golden cuff bracelet, a pendant necklace, and black pointed boots.
Holmes previously opened up about her off-duty style in an interview with Bazaar. "I love my T-shirts, and I love my vintage T-shirts. They're so yummy. They're a little dirty, a little stained or whatever, and that's me," she said at the time.
