With the changing seasons, shoe trends are bound to change. But the common thread between all these trends are that they blend style and comfort effortlessly. Whether it is chunky silhouettes—in sneakers or boots—or platforms that add height with a retro twist, or sculptural heels that are stealing the show with their artistic flair. Even timeless classics like loafers and cowboy boots are getting fresh, modern updates. Whether you're keeping it casual or dressing to impress, there is something stylish and versatile for everyone.

Adding to the excitement, Golden Goose has just made its debut in India with the opening of its first store at New Delhi’s Chanakya Mall. Known for its unique blend of Italian craftsmanship and contemporary design, the brand brings an exciting new chapter to India’s luxury footwear scene. The store’s interior reflects Golden Goose’s Venetian roots, featuring raw concrete walls and salvaged vintage wood furniture that contrast elegantly with sleek mirror counters. At the heart of the space lies an artisanal laboratory dedicated to Co-Creation, where customers can personalise their sneakers with the guidance of the brand’s “Dream Makers.”

For this special launch, Golden Goose teamed up with Indian jewellery designer Bhavya Ramesh, renowned for her fusion of edgy and traditional silverware. Together, they’ve created a limited-edition embellishment inspired by Diwali, which can be fastened onto shoes, bags, or apparel. Bhavya Ramesh’s design incorporates Golden Goose’s iconic star with elements of India’s rich cultural heritage, including motifs inspired by traditional anklets, bridging Indian and Italian artistry in a unique, wearable form.

At the Delhi launch, guests had the chance to Co-Create with Bhavya Ramesh and the Dream Makers, customising their sneakers with crystals, artwork, and even reworking the brand’s signature star. This collaboration between two distinct design worlds is only the beginning, as Golden Goose is set to expand further with a new Mumbai store in spring 2025.
