Caara
Having catered for brands like Chanel and Jimmy Choo, Caara is no stranger to the catering business. Conceptualised out of Delhi by founders Ambika Seth and Alice Helme, they often discuss the menu before-hand so it’s customized according to your tastes. They source most of their fresh produce from FarmLove, their in-house chemical-free vegetables and fruits grown on the Caara farm. Pick from their extensive supper, brunch, or buffet menu that features dishes like wild mushroom and truffle risotto, mini croque monsieurs, and a savoury panna cotta.

The city of Nizams is known for its delicacies, and Flavee Gourmet is no different. The brain child of a former hotel chef, Indian food from all over the country finds a place on their catering menu, in addition to Chinese, continental, and Mexican. Still, to no one’s surprise, it’s their South Indian fare that is most popular. They are perfect for larger Diwali bashes and offer services for minimum 50 people.

From easy-to-snack-on bites to elaborate meals, take your pick from the menu. And while North Indian fare is the star, try experimenting with their Rajasthani, Gujarati, or continental options too.
