Mancino’s new menu of cocktails brings together classic mixology and contemporary flair, making for a refreshing twist on the city’s bar culture. Each drink tells a story rooted in New Delhi's rich history and cultural heritage. Take, for instance, ‘Heritage Greens,’ a coconut milk punch that evokes the calm beauty of Sunder Nursery and its nearby historical sites. Then there's ‘The Qila Legacy,’ a tequila-based cocktail that reflects the grandeur of Purana Qila, one of the city's oldest forts.

Among other offerings is ‘Altitude 124,’ a reimagined whisky sour infused with longan, goji, and yuzu, which not only celebrates the bar's impressive altitude—124 feet—but also captures the spirit of present-day New Delhi. The ‘Lutyens’ Elegance,’ a highball, draws inspiration from the architectural beauty of Lutyens Delhi, while the ‘Connaught Classic,’ with its fruity vibrance, is a tribute to the bustling Connaught Place.
