The best of the latest beauty launches
It’s all things skincare and fragrance this time.
It’s been a long list, and with the changing season confusing our skins, it’s taken long enough to review it. But we are back with all our latest favourites — special mention to the Innisfree Collagen Green Tea Ceramide Bounce Cream (the brand always gets its green tea formulation perfect), Dermalogica Invisible Physical Defense SPF 30, and Jeannot Ceuticals Hydra Boost Hydrating Range with Green Caviar and Seaweed (chef’s kiss sunscreen!)
Givenchy Irresistible EDP Very Floral
As the name suggests, this one is all things floral; and unlike Miranda Priestly, we think florals for the summers are a perfect harmony, plus this one has just the touch of woody and solar notes to add to the allure. At its heart are roses and delicate white flowers, with the top note freshness of coconut water and a touch of bold blackcurrant and cedarwood.

Dior Capture Totale Le Sérum
Longoza extract blended with ferments to target the skin microbiome for anti-ageing benefits, iris extract to make sure the result is long lasting, and hyaluronic acid with polyglycerols for that plump effect. We love a clean ingredient list and this one by Dior seems perfect to improve skin texture and elasticity.
₹15,100
Dermalogica Invisible Physical Defense SPF 30
We love love love a good green tea formulation, and if it also has a healthy dose of anti-inflammatory mushrooms, we are sold! This broad spectrum sunscreen has a great list of ingredients — talk about two birds one stone — and a consistency (with no white cast) that you are going to love.
₹4,200
O.P.I Summer 2024 Collection
If you’re a nail paint person, there is no getting away from the long stay formulation of O.P.I. And they have 12 new hues in both cremes and sheers for the summers. Our favourite? Glazed N’ Amused.
₹807
Marc Jacobs Daisy Ever So Fresh
This one in the daisy series is as fresh as it gets and everything we need for the summers. The first spritz leaves some fruity mandarin, mango, and tangy pineapple. Let it sit and you smell a blend of rose water and orange blossom. And by the end of the day you have the lingering smell of cashmere woods. It’s fruity, floral with a hit of mystique.
₹8,950
Jeannot Ceuticals Instant Hydrating Mask
There are some ingredients that are elixirs for inflammation and irritation, green caviar and seaweed are two of them. Add to it betaine, which helps in skin turnover and this mask could become your go-to for instantly happier skin.
₹1,200
INNISFREE Collagen Green Tea Ceramide Bounce Cream
Collagen, derived from sea staghorn, and ceramide, derived from a forever favourite green tea—this is as power packed a combination as it gets for plump, glowy skin with a happy microbiome. Plus the formula is so lightweight, you’ll never want to choose anything else!
₹2,700
Laniege Bouncy & Firm Face Sleeping Mask
We love us a good Laneige sleeping mask to replenish our tired skin, and this one with peony and collagen complex may have outdone our favourite cica sleeping mask too! Plus we like how the brand is going lower on it's fragrance.
₹2,600
The Body Shop Vitamin C Glow Boosting Moisturiser
This one from the brand that aces its vitamin C formula is a no-brainer and an easy way to add vitamin C to your skincare routine if you are not a fan of actives. If you love the ingredient, they also have a serum that we love.
₹2,495
Shankara Gheesutra Lip Butter
There’s been plenty talk about the benefits of Shata Dhauta Ghrita, 100x washed A2 Ghee, and after the expert acclaimed Gheesutra Face Emulsion, the brand brings it in lip butters that sure do the job of hydrating your lips while also helping with discolouration.
₹525
Skinvest Smoothie
We started off sceptics, but are now sold on this “body conditioner”. Put it all over after a shower and sing a song before washing it off for smooth skin thanks to its rosehip oil and shea butter formula. Add to it niacinamide and salicylic acid (love these in body lotions!) and even your skin texture is better with this one.
